Let me clarify a few things. My name is Kim and I am Travis's supervisor. We spoke this morning about a carrier offer that came in. I told you it was first come first serve, you decided to wait and get back to us. When you finally came back and said you wanted the spot, the carrier spot was full. I have all the text messages between us.
As I stated this morning, you booked your order on the 14th of June, and the average time to find a carrier is 1-10 business days as stated in #1 of our terms. We are currently on day 8. Also discussed this morning that carriers can counteroffer because of the fluctuating gas rates. BOTH of which are in the invoice you get when you place the order which we instruct you to look over and let us know if you have any questions. You then replied: AHH I do see that now in a text message. Also, dates are estimates not guaranteed, also in #1 of the terms. As for spending money here. We did not charge you a penny. You have lost ZERO money in this process with us. We are sorry if you didn't understand the process, we have cancelled your order as requested even though you are still texting me at this moment.
