I came across AutoShippingGroup on Yelp & reached out. Within 10 min. I received an email and direct contact from Felicia Williams who gave me amazing customer service! Shipping your car can be a daunting task (From VA to CA) cross-country), but Felicia was quick to establish a trusting relationship with me to assure that their company would best handle my car during the process. From the start, she helped set me up with a quote, walked me through the entire process, & quickly found me a carrier for my requested shipping dates. During the process she stayed in direct contact with me to make sure everything went smoothly. Upon the shipments completion, she followed up with me once more to make sure I was covered from all angles. I had no damage to my car, scratches, dents, etc. as well. If you're looking to ship your car anywhere in the US, I would highly recommend AutoShippingGroup for their great customer service, quick response times & willingness to work with you in short time frames.
