Lance was good at communicating for the most part. They did a good job of finding me a transport for my newly purchased truck from Utah to New Mexico. I was a little disappointed with the fact that I was told transport usually happens 24 to 48 hours after the purchase of a vehicle was confirmed. However, it took exactly a week before my truck was delivered to me. It was picked up 24 hours prior to delivery, so I was glad it wasn't in someones front yard for a week and it stayed at the dealership until pickup. Not sure where the disconnect was on getting my truck picked up sooner, but overall, I was satisfied with the process.
