I needed to transport my car at the last minute for an unexpected move. Felicia was not only able to take care of my last minute request, she did so with the most personal and professional communication I have ever received. She shared her personal number to walk me through the start and gave me real time updates throughout the process. Everything from pick-up to drop-off was done by her and she provided great relief in a very stressful time. If you ever have need of moving a vehicle across the country I can't think of a better person to work with. I wish every company had someone like this on their team. Five stars is not enough!
