Felicia's communication skills and keeping me in the loop were not only astounding, but reassuring, and lowered my anxiety through this entire transition. I also want to point out this was my first auto transport, and Felicia made it a memorable first. Additionally, my partner also went through ASG. However, her experience was much different from mine. She has expressed frustration and lack of communication from her agent, so I feel very lucky to have experienced the level of professionalism Felicia displayed. If I were to use ASG again, I would want Felicia as my agent, because she has this "if it isn't broken don't fix it" type of service that I desire. Minor notes: The delivery range was quoted at 3 - 7 business days, my car took about 8 days so not super late, but not a big issue either. My car came to me a bit dirty, which isn't a big deal for being in the open so that is understandable, and driving across country, it would make sense that my car would get dirty as expected, but not a big issue at all.
