Hi Sam, I'm sorry you had this negative experience. It is unfortunate when trucks break down, even moreso when carriers are not straightforward about what is going on with your shipment. We value customer feedback on your experience with the carrier so we can improve our customer service and avoid truckers that do not provide 5-star service. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with this shipment.
