Spoke to Felicia regarding transit of vehicle from Boston to Vegas. She was attentive and polite and provided great customer service. I had already contacted and booked 2 other Co's that initially advised pick up and delivery that worked for us. Then as the pick up date got closer, its was apparent there was no way they would make our time lines. So thats when I called and spoke to Felicia. Within a few hrs, she called back and responded that they have a Co avail to pick up and it would fit our timeframe. Vehicle was picked up as planned. Delivery was 1-2 days after our initial plan but it was fine as we gave ourselves a cushion, Cant control mother nature and there was issues in Wyoming with weather. No problem though. Both truck Co and Felicia stayed in contact and provided ETAs as best they could. Would def use this service again.
