My wife and I recently found ourselves high and dry after the company we hired to ship two cars across country called us the day they were supposed to pick up the cars saying they would be delayed by five days. We had to to leave the next day. In a panic I called Auto Shipping Group; Kim answered the phone and Within 10 minutes to have our cars picked up that day, and for less money! I can only say that her understanding, professionalism and caring attitude, combined with the efficiency in solving the problem was simply exceptional. I wouldn’t think I’m going anywhere else should I ever need my car shipped again. Thank you, Kim!!!
