Kimberly was amazing! I had a vehicle shipped from a dealership and she had all the details worked out before the paperwork was even signed. Initial shipper had engine trouble the day of pickup, but Kimberly had another driver dispatched within hours and vehicle delivered a day later. Great communication and customer service.
