Gretchen did a great job! I contacted her in the morning to get a quote and my vehicle was picked up later that afternoon. The only wrinkle in the process was on the carriers end, IH Cargo. The driver delivered the vehicle the next day but due to a language barrier, had trouble accepting payment. We eventually got the situation alleviated after the police intervened but things definitely didn't have to escalate the way it did. Again, that was on the carriers end, not ASF group. They are very proficient. Would recommend them again
