Jerry was very helpful in explaining to me how this business actually works. The time frame of the delivery was excellent. He had a driver accept the contract in 24 hours at the stated price of $825 for an enclosed truck, door to door - Dallas to Baltimore. The driver showed up on time. I had telephone calls from Jerry, and the driver, to coordinate the pickup.
The drivers were also very courteous and professional, and called me in transit during the winter storm to assure me they were still on the way. They arrived a day early. No problems whatsoever. I would use Auto Transport TLC again.
