This was our first time using an auto transport company. We were previously scammed before we found Jerry, so needless to say we were wary. Our move was from Miami to Washington state; I found Auto Shipping TLC from a google search and was pleased with their reviews online and on the BBB site, so I gave Jerry a call. After a brief conversation of him explaining how this works, I was comfortable enough to decide to use his services. We set a pickup date about three weeks to a month out. Between this time, I had called Jerry with a few minor questions about the shipping, he always answered my calls and questions extremely nicely. As the date got closer for pickup, Jerry send me dispatch information for Lias Car Carrier, LLC. Jaime was my contact, and she was extremely helpful and nice as well. My car was picked up on the exact date we had picked with no problems. After our flight to Washington, we received a call from Jaime and our car arrived a couple days ahead of schedule. The price was extremely reasonable for this long haul, and the service equally as impressive. If anyone is looking for reviews and are wary about who to go with, I would definitely recommend Auto Shipping TLC and Jerry Cohen. Extremely honest and helpful person. Thank you so much for getting our car to our new home!
