My primary contact person was Joe Palladino.

I signed in invoice with $214(Broker fees), $710(Truck driver fees).

Just after I paid broker fees he never response my call and email and no one contacted me at all.

On the pick-up day another person, Dustin called me saying Truck driver fees are increased.($710- >$1300)
He and me discussed about this for minutes and I asked him to give me some time to think about this issue.

But he withdrew $1300 from my credit card without my agreement.

Truck driver showed 2day later and picked my car up.

During the two day, I tried to negotiate the issue but it never worked.

Please, Auto-Shipping today don't work like this.
