Joe palladino was my contact person, he took my info then placed the order and sent it to his dispatchers. I wait to hear back from the dispatchers for the drivers schedule. The wait wasnt very long. I was able to contact a customer service rep named Jennifer who was very pleasnt to speak to on the phone...answer all my questions in the mean time. When the driver showed up looked like a typical truck driver with a big truck....it was actually pretty cool to see all the cars and watch him load my car. Overall i give this company 4 stars.. they were good at sending the driver to my front door.
