DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We scheduled them to pick up our vehicle back in January for a March pickup and after contacting them multiple times for details they would tell us to "don't worry about it, we are working it". March 5 comes around and we call to set up the pickup time and they still do not have anything lined up with a carrier. We are moving across country and are on a strict schedule but they didn't seem to mind. When I called them on March 8th to tell them to forget about it he told me I needed to give them a 10 day notice to find a carrier, I gave them 2 months. He then advised us to leave the vehicle in Georgia and they MAY or MAY NOT get it. March 7th we started calling around for other carriers. Don't waste your time with Autostar, apparently not following through on the job is a trend for them! They are not refusing to give us our money back because we didn't give them enough time to find a carrier.
