failed to send truck capable of handling 4 vehicles which was the agreement, never offered options just delays. vehicles had to be at destination on time due to import guidelines and Autostar was very aware that a delay would be very costly to me. due to the sensitive nature of the schedule, i arranged for another local company to pick up the cars to make sure they made it to their destination. Autostar refused refund for transport that never occurred. I contacted their driver and he did not receive any payment for the cancelled trip. i requested refund and they refused and were very rude about it as well. I ship vehicles very often and I will never use this company again!!!
