My car was delivered damaged with a scratch on the door. I did not know I had to note it on the form, but did point the scratch out to the driver. The driver did not tell me I needed to put it on the form either. There was also garbage in the back seat of my car when they delivered it. When I went to get the damage paid for the next morning, they refused to admit they were at fault. The driver lied about seeing the scratch in the first place. The owner ALLEN DAVIS was extremely rude and condescending. Also, before and after delivery they were extremely difficult to get on the phone. I left multiple unreturned messages.
Very poor customer service and quality of service. DO NOT USE.
