From the start, during my initial phone call with Jenny in the customer service department, I knew that I had found the reliable, honest Transport Company that I was looking for. The reason I chose Auto Transport 123 was primarily because of Jenny's professionalism, honesty and thorough knowledge of the Auto Transport Industry. Being an Active Duty Service Member, I explained to her that I only had a small window of opportunity to have my vehicle picked up because I was leaving for deployment soon. Jenny immediately reassured me in that the family owned Transport Company had one of the best reputations for being reliable and on time. She also guaranteed that my vehicle would be picked up within 3 days of my scheduled date and that the total time for delivery would take approximately 7-10 days. And she was right! I had scheduled my vehicle for pick up on 23-Nov-2011 and the driver showed up at 0930. Eight days later, my vehicle arrived at its' destination with not a single problem. I was so pleased with Auto Transport 123 that I called Jenny back to ask her to please email me their company's customer feedback web link so I could inform the public of the great experience and satisfaction I had in using Auto Transport 123 to ship my vehicle. Jenny and the rest of the customer department team are doing an excellent job and should be recognized for their outstanding efforts. If you are looking to ship your vehicle and are worried about the scams out there; LOOK NO FURTHER! Speaking from experience, Auto Transport 123 is the way to go and I am highly recommending them to all my friends and family! They did an outstanding job!
