Much better than expected

I am very pleased with the service and thankful that everything went relatively smoothly, and I got my car shipped across the country in just 4 days, but there were a few things that I was a bit concerned with. The exact pickup time was a bit vague. Once they told me it was going to be a Wednesday pickup, I asked them if it was possible to have it done as late as possible, and they said they would try. Initially they said 8AM to 12PM, then at around 11AM pushed it to 12-4PM, then ended up having it picked up at 8:30PM, which is what I wanted in the first place except that I couldn't leave the house for the whole day!

The second issue was that they hired another company to do this job and that other company had a fine print stating that if there was any damages to the car, and the damdages were smaller than the size of a credit card, they wouldn't be responsible for anything. I can't think of anyone who'd be ok with damdages that "SMALL."
On the day of the delivery, which was the day I was flying to the destination, I called the driver and he said he was running late and had to reschedule for the next day. I said no problem and was happy to receive my car in one piece.

Again, I'm very happy with the service and will use it again. My previous experiences shipping cars across the country haven't been this fast and smooth, but there are some risks and issues that have to be kept in mind.
