This is the 1 out of 100 where everything went wrong. I changed my review since Auto Transport 123 made things right on their part. The vehicle never made it under their contract, but that was due to the carriers and not the broker. They have refunded the broker fee as I thought was appropriate which definitly helped with a bad situation. I will call them again. Another important thing is to use these reviews and be honest, and if through the review they correct things, make sure you acknowledge them for making the correction. Thank you Keith for you work in this. Joe, sorry if things were taken the wrong way. It has been a trying time.
