This was my first time for shipping car.The staff were helpful and explained to me about the process. I would like to give them five stars. Pick-up and deliever were on time. They work with good carrier as well. The driver picked up my car near my place where I was living and dropped off at my destination-the exact address.The car was a little bit dirty, but it was fine since the open transport.Overall, everything was easy for me!
