TYLER SAVED MY LIFE!!!!
I originally booked with another company and they NEVER SHOWED. Tyler contacted me shortly after I had committed their contract. We briefly discussed the other company and he asked if he could contact me the day of pick-up to make sure everything went well. I said yes to have a backup. I was flying to Las Vegas the next morning to start a new job so it was crucial my car got picked up. Obviously they never came and I was freaking out. I didn't know what to do. :(((
Tyler called me that evening and fixed all of my problems!!! Knowing I was moving the next day he assured me that I wouldn't have to change my travel arrangements. The transporter picked my car up 2 days later from my neighbor. My car was delivered to me yesterday!! Tyler called me today to make sure there were no problems with the car and that I was satisfied.
AND I WAS!!
