The service was good overall. The transport arrived later than the original quote, but we worked through it and information was always provided. They were also available to make any changes that I needed, due to me no longer being in the area. They treated my vehicle with care, and it arrived in exactly the condition it left in.
Ultimately that's what counts. Who cares if everything was on time if the vehicle arrives damaged? Who cares if everything arrives OK if you're worried about it and asking questions the entire time?
