The car shipment was overall a good experience. I had some difficult timeframe demands and they worked with me to get it done. Overall customer service was pretty good but sometimes difficult to get a hold of the right people. There were a few problems with the original shipper, so it was very helpful to use a broker. Car showed up on time without damage.
