Communication was as expected, picked up and delivered as promised. Dan did exactly what he said he would do and followed up on time. Driver was very nice and communication with carrier was great. They were friendly and easy to speak with. My only complaint is that I was told they were not a broker and owned all their own transport vehicles and the driver who showed up was an independent contractor.
