Ross was excellent to deal with. Price quote was firm with none of the "pay a little more and your car might get picked up quicker" that I heard about from other companies. It was not the absolute lowest quote I saw, but it was close. Ross was able to schedule a pickup date with some flexibility as I wasn't sure when the car would be ready when I first scheduled it. As it turns out, the car was picked up the day after it was scheduled, but still arrived a day earlier than promised. Car (convertible) was on the top of the truck as promised to minimize chance of damage to the cloth top. Excellent experience overall.
