Overall I had a good experience with this company. I was very nervous because I've never done anything like this before and Tara answered all of my questions. The price did stay the same as I was guaranteed from the beginning. At times it was tough to get ahold of the person I was dealing with, but in the end I always eventually got called back. The damage done to my car was the fact that my incline and recline button was somehow ripped off and lost during transport, but the car was otherwise in tact.
