Good job but 4 days delay is out of my expectation

The company promised me shipping in 7-10 days, but eventually it costs 14 days. So I have to spend money on rental car for 4 days. (If it is 7-10 "business days", you should emphasis it.) Otherwise, the company did very well in other perspectives such as car condition and pick up.
