Overall service was very good. My only concern was the apparent lack of communications between AutoTransport123 and the driver. The driver called me at 4:00 a.m. Hawaii time and wanted payment - he was unaware that his dispatcher had already received payment. The driver also was not aware that a third party was taking custody of the vehicle.
