The pickup time was a little later than what I had been initially setup but that may have been due to the vehicle being inop. When I called customer service they were very helpful providing info and keeping track of the shipment. The truck that was shipping my car had leaked some fluid onto my car during the transport, but it didn't damage anything. Overall it went pretty well. Would use again for sure.
