Nice guy, but goes downhill from there

I was getting bombarded with calls over shipping my vintage car. Nick, my salesman, kept telling me other lower offers were a joke and to just stick with his company. Told me they do not outsource drivers, and I wouldn't pay anything less then we agreed. He wouldn't let me consider the contract or other offers. I had to sign right then and there. VERY pushy to make a sale. My car was picked up late in the day, which is whatever at this point. On the day of delivery, I called the driver in my confirmation email to get an ETA. Turns out, they had given my car to ANOTHER driver and did not inform me. So I get this guys number, and the delivery was made. I was under the impression that the remaining balance would be taken out of my bank account like the pick up fee was. WRONG. I had to magically produce a check for the NEW driver while I was at work. Honestly, I wish I had the nerve to tell the guy to stop sweet talking me so I could weigh my options. Nick assured me they were the cheapest, but they were really the MOST EXPENSIVE quote I received. Whatever, my car got here in one piece.
