Pick up was two days after quote and the truck driver refused to drive down my son's street with his truck which gets that size truck all of the time. My son had to wake up kids, two newborn twins, at 8:30 at night and meet the tuck driver at a nearby Walmart to deliver the car. Truck driver never contacted me as was promised. Auto Transport was great. The other guy...not as much.
