VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I honestly don't understand all the rave reviews Auto Transport 123 received from all these customers but my experience with this company was HORRIBLE. The person I dealt with was Steve and he is your typical salesperson who overpromises and under delivers. He emphasized about the outstanding service that he an Auto Transport 123 provide to their customers compared to its competitors. However, based on my experience, this is far from the truth! As soon as this man collected my reservation deposit, which by the way is nonrefundable unless they fail to perform their services after 10 business days, I never heard from him again. My emails to him were never answered. Bottom line...he completed ignored me and disregarded my emails. How's that for excellent customer service??? Their website claims that their customer service is open 24/7, which is NOT true. I received via email the name of the carrier that will pick up and deliver my vehicle. When the driver never showed up, I called him numerous times only to get nothing but voice mail. I left messages and never got a call back. I understand that they're drivers and can't talk at times but...come on. I'm talking about a 2-day period here that they could've returned my calls.

Another issue I had was that Steve charged me more than what was stated in the signed agreement. When I sent him an email questioning the overcharge, he never had the decency to respond.

And lastly, this is where my patience with these people has worn out....Steve sent me the name of the carrier that will pick up and deliver my vehicle. When the driver did not show up on the estimated date, I called the dispatcher and to my frustration, all I kept getting was voice mails. When I finally got through, I was getting some song and dance about the truck breaking down. So why not give me a courtesy call to let me know what's going on? When the driver finally arrived to pick up the car, I asked him if I should make out the money order to the company name. He gave me a confused look and said he was from a different company and gave me the company name. When I called Auto Transport 123's customer service, they insisted that the carrier name that Steve provided was correct. Anyway, there was a lot of back and forth with this nonsense and it turned out that Steve sent me the wrong carrier…and this man never bothered to reach out to me and apologize for the confusion.

The reason I'm taking the time to write this review is because Steve quoted me a pretty high price based on their overall outstanding service. I contacted a few other auto transport companies and was pretty much getting nothing but the runaround, and that's why I decided to go with Auto Transport 123. But unfortunately Auto Transport 123 was no different. Since they already overcharged me the hefty reservation fee, I had no choice but to stay with them. I would've been a lot better off paying a lot less for the same service with any other company. There's the saying "you get what you pay for". Well, in my case, I DID NOT get what I paid for.
