Jason was very honest and patient with me. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle out of state and obtaining Auto Transportation,so I received a much needed education on what to look out for and how pricing works. There were no open ends to the contract or additional hidden fees. The price Jason quoted me was final and the contract had verbiage that the price will NEVER change. Jason explained everything to me and guided me through the entire Auto Transport process. Jason never talked down to me and was very professional. I was very impressed that Jason accepted my calls after hours and was always professional and eager to answer any of my questions. The delivery team took extra time and care with my vehicle. The delivery team unloaded my vehicle. (not running), exactly where I requested them to put it. They went above and beyond to accomodate my requests. I will definitely utilize Auto Transport 123 in the future for all of my Auto Transportation needs.
