Overall the transaction went smoothly. I did have a driver call 5 days ahead of my requested pick-up time to pick up early which was not possible for me as I had to fly in to be available for pick-up. Since the car did not run, the driver was great at putting the car where I needed it. Customer service was friendly and accommodating although there was a little confusion with the pick-up date.
