Robert was very professional and called me when he arrived. His direction was clear and precise as to what steps he had to follow in order to get the car on the trailer. The trailer was new and in excellent condition. It was very clear to me that he knew exactly how to handle the process. I was very comfortable with Roberts ability to complete the process. I really liked the fact that the pickup receipt was done on the iphone and sent to us immediately. Very pleased with the carrier and company. We will recommend the transport company to family and friends.
