I was very pleased with the customer service on the transport. I was a little disappointed with the actual transport company itself that did the transport. The driver was a woman that didn't know much about picking up the cars. I specifically paid for a winch truck because the car was inoperable. She didn't load it with the winch. instead it was pushed on by the pickup party. Also she said she doesn't do winch work so when she had to move it to the front of her trailer she had someone else pick it up with a forklift to move it. Not too happy about that. But there was not damamge and the car made it here. Overall happy with auto transport 123 but less than pleased with the transport individual.
