My truck blew a transmission in Chicago and they were quick to help. The transport guy came in a day and brought my truck back to Grand Rapids MI without hesitation. They kept me notified when and where the pickup and delivery happened. Irene was excellence to answer my questions when I was stuck dead in the water, frustrated, in Chicago. The delivery guy helped me by bringing my wheelchair home with my truck. I rate this a 4 star only due to the fact that contact was pretty extreme. What I mean by this is I received phone calls on non relevant information on my end and that caused confusion. Overall excelent service. Best Pricing, great customer service, fast hauling and more! I would haul with them again!
