Worst Customer Service Ever

On June 17, I booked autot transport 123 to deliver my motorcycle. I made my reservation with Ross. I had some special instructions that Ross reassured me he could make happen. Ross told me I would receive a call from the drive sometime before the end of the day. June 18, I called in between 8:30 and 9 to ask for a simple status update. Ross placed me on hold for 20 min, I refused to wait any longer. I hung up and called back several times. Every time I got Ross' voice mail. So then I decided to talk to someone else. So I chose option 1 this time instead of calling Ross' ext. a woman answered who I am assuming was Nicole, when I stated I was looking for a status update I was hung up on. So I called back again. Nicole answered, I explained I wanted a refund and the reason. She seemed confused that someone hung up on me. She told me she would tell Ross to cancel my order. I took her for her word and assumed that my order would be cancelled and my card would not be charged. Same day I get a better cheaper quote. I accepted, my bike was picked up on the 21 and delivered same day, $75 cheaper than the quote I received from Ross. June 22, I receive a dispatch email from Ross. I immediately called to inform Ross that I cancelled services. There was a pending charge on my card at the time. Ross said he would cancel it. But my card was never refunded. Tonight I called and was hung up on again.I demand to have my card refunded immediately. It is now June 30th and I still have no refund. It appears that it is common practice for them to hang up on people. This is stealing and legal action will be taken for the false advertising. Ross told me you guys have been in business for 30 yrs. Worst customer service I have ever received!
