The salesman (Steve) was kind of pushy in that he was trying to get me to book the order on a Friday before I was ready. Offered me $50 off that I couldn't get back on Monday when I did place the order. He also couldn't figure out how to send me an e-mail so I had to have it sent to my wife's account. When ever I talked to him he had other conversations going on and I had trouble figuring out who he was talking to. This rating would have been a 1 except that I included the car pick up and delivery which were excellent.
