Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had never transported a vehicle across country before. They understood and addressed all our concerns. They were not upset with our fear that the car would not be picked up on time as we had airline tickets to fly across country. They were very reassuring and helpful. We were pleased with the early pick up date. The driver transporting the car was kind and went over the entire car before we took possession of the car back in New Jersey. I would highly recommend them!
