Casey Marquis was my carrier representative. She was very easy to speak with about setting up or postponing my shipment. As soon as I was ready to have my motorcycle shipped she was on point and set it up perfectly. She emailed me promptly with the shipping information and a direct contact of the mover. I had a man named Tommy from Motoshippers out of Marysville, WA. He called me every few days during the transport to give me basic info on when I should expect him. Very likable guy, personable, and professional. Bike showed up earlier than the estimated delivery date and it was in the same condition as it was when I left it behind. A+ all around experience.
