When I first called I was greeted with great customer service. When I called back to confirm order and ask general questions, I was met with rudeness, as if I was bothering her. I was told they have their own trucks, but they do not.They are a brokerage. I was also told I would get updates leading up to the shipping so I could know when the truck was coming, but that never happened. I had to call multiple times. Luckily I had a nice trucking company transport my car.

Method of payment was also a complete pain. Because they ask for cash or certified check, it makes everything feel sketchy. I was honestly nervous that my car wouldn't make it to the destination. Thankfully it did.
