Krista West, excellent customer service, prompt responses. When calling during transportation at times long waiting, online tracking didn't work. Did not have a good idea when the car was going to show up. Talked to the driver Peter several times, he told me the car was dropped off Thursday at the local deliver center and the service center should call within the hour. It never happened, Peter brought the car on Saturday at noon. Note the car left with 36miles and arrived with 50miles not quite sure what happened here. Overall thank you for your service, I would improve the communication with the customer so we know what the status is everyday Thanks again Kevin Mahoney
