*FIRST OFF, Sherry Was Great!! Our issues were not her fault**

Well, I'm not sure where to begin, but I will admit that I have used the company again since the Maserati fiasco and was very pleased with my last shipment. I had set up pick up in Cali for a Sunday or Monday but the car wasn't picked up until Thursday. On that Tuesday, I called and was told by dispatch that the car was loaded and on its way to Maryland. Wednesday I get a call from the contact in Pasadena, asking me when are they picking up the car??? I called again and was told it was a mix up and they were almost at the pick up location but the car would be delivered to Maryland on time(Monday). Thursday comes and they finally get the car. Sunday comes and no call, so I call dispatch again to get an ETA and they tell me that the car is in Arkansas...But SHOULD be on time.Two days later, the car shows up. I'm not sure why I used them again. Maybe I feel like everyone deserves a second chance.. BUT, the last shipment was perfect, so I'm happy with that.
