Communications Gap

My car was scheduled for pickup on Mon Nov 21. No one showed up. I called AT123 late that day and was told the truck driver cancelled on Nov 18. No one from AT123 had notified me. AT123 should have contacted me immediately after the original driver had cancelled. Due to my call a new driver was found, and my car was picked up on Nov 23 and delivered on Nov 28. Customer Service seemed confused when I questioned them about it. The trucker who picked up my car on Nov 23 was very professional and did an excellent job.
