It was my understanding that my motorcycle was to be transported on a trailer with a solid front deflector. In fact it was transported on the top level of a car carrier in the bed of a pickup truck so the motorcycle was filthy (but undamaged) when it arrived. Also, I had to supply a motorcycle ramp and assist the driver getting the motorcycle out of the pickup bed.
