Scheduled a week and a half in advance. Car was picked up 7 Days later. When they dropped it off the driver knew it didn't have brakes and started undoing his straps and car rolled off trailer without him putting the ramps down. Front of car slammed on ground and middle of car scraped trailer and back of car then slammed on trailer
