Shannon was great as a sales person. I got a fair quote and reasonable delivery date with very prompt service until I signed the contract and gave them a credit card, then radio silence. I probably called half a dozen times to see if the driver had been scheduled over the next week and a half to be promptly placed on hold. I kept trying to contact Shannon through her extension and would have to call from a different number to even talk to her. After I had decided to drop this dispatch company and asked how to get out of my contract the next day they got a driver lined up. So I went ahead and let them transport my car. The trucking company was fabulous! Great communication only 3.5 days from TN to ID, I couldn't be happier with them.
Everything of that would have been fine and understandable if they would have communicated with me, but they didn't so I started to get suspicious of fraud and started investigating Auto Transport 123 a little deeper. The other review sites were not nearly as happy with their service as the link they sent me full of 5 stars.
I originally filled out a online quote from NY and got plenty of calls about that, I eventually bought a car in TN and Auto Transport 123 was the only company that knew the location of my new car, a few days later other companies were calling giving me quotes from TN. ??? I have confronted all of them including Auto transport 123 about this privacy issue with no real explanations or answers. What other info has been shared?
In the end my car is here and it is in great shape and they charged me what we agreed on. Thank you AT123.
