I transported a vehicle last year from North Carolina to California. Unfortunately, upon arriving there was an issue and the truck bed came down on top of my jeep. That being said, I was immediately contacted by the founder and CEO, and they instantly guaranteed they would back the fixing of my car. I took the car in later that week (it was an expensive operation) and they paid for it and got it done. All around, after that incident i felt that I could trust them, and it was an honest mistake on the drivers part just one of those things that happens. I am using them again this year because other than that the pick up and delivery were on time and everything else was seamless, and I know if something logistically goes wrong they have me covered.
